Sturtevant is the global headquarters for the BRP Marine Group and the manufacturing site for our Evinrude outboard engines. It is our largest facility in the US, and is within easy reach of both Milwaukee and Chicago. This state-of-the-art campus employs more than 600 employees in manufacturing, product development, product commercialization, and support functions.
Who we hire
Manufacturing employees – skilled trades and assemblers for our production line
Our manufacturing staff form is a diverse, high-performing team. The majority of them are permanent employees, but we also have need for temporary staff, who often join our workforce permanently later. We look for assemblers, machine operators, testers, painters, maintenance technicians and team leads. Some come to us already skilled or certified; some we train ourselves. We welcome all genders.
Professionals – engineers, support functions and administration
A wide variety of professionals support our manufacturing activity. We are looking for the right performers to take us to the next level. These include IT, finance, marketing, sales and business development people, as well as engineers. Professionals at BRP Marine have great scope in their day-to-day activities, and easy access to every level of management. They are problem-solvers and change managers, self-starters and forward-thinkers.
Students and new graduates – for internships
We welcome students from all academic and geographical areas, and we have a lot to offer students in engineering particularly. We’re especially happy when students from our local schools, Michigan Tech and UW at Madison, want to earn valuable hands-on experience with us.
