In our Finnish plant, we assemble Lynx snowmobiles, specifically designed for Scandinavian winter conditions. Strong and robust, this lineup allows us to better serve our customers in Northern European markets. Our Finland facilities also develop and assemble six-wheel Can-Am ATVs.
Who We Hire
Manufacturing employees – assemblers
Our snowmobile production season runs from April to December, and we require temporary staff to ensure we meet customer demand. Year after year, we re-hire a certain number, but we’re always looking for people who are manual, experienced working with tools or machinery of some sort, hard-working, safety-minded, and eager to learn, but also happy to work in a small team. Our assembly-line workers are employed on a fixed-term contract, either for the full nine months, or for four to five months if hired midway through the season. We welcome all genders.
Professionals – sales, marketing and support functions
A wide variety of professionals support our commercial activities. These include IT, finance, human resources, R&D, engineers, operations and purchasing. We look for people who love what they do and want to make a contribution to our business.
